In 1991, we launched our "Happy Village Project," Turkey's first independent sustainability project. To date, 14,500 hectares of land have been converted to organic farming under our project. Our Happy Village Community includes 3,000 registered organic farmers across 175 different villages nationwide.
As Işık Tarım, we carry out a meticulous production process from fields to tables. By prioritizing quality, sustainability, and food safety at every stage, we bring our natural products to you.
Our products are grown according to organic agriculture standards and carefully harvested to ensure the highest quality. Our farmers are supported with sustainable farming methods to encourage natural production.
Harvested products undergo physical and chemical analyses and are meticulously selected for quality. Raw materials, cleansed of foreign substances, are prepared appropriately for the production process.
Selected products are washed, dried/frozen, and processed to appropriate sizes in hygienic facilities. They are packaged in accordance with food safety standards and prepared for consumer presentation.
All production stages are inspected in accordance with international organic certification standards. Final products are prepared for shipment to customers after passing quality tests.
