IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed by our Company under the following circumstances and conditions;

Your processed personal data, for the purposes mentioned above and within the conditions set forth by KVKK, may be transferred;

• To auditing firms within the scope of agreements, in order to audit our commercial activities as required by relevant legislation,
• To our administrative staff in a limited manner, for the purpose of designing strategies related to our commercial activities,
• To legally authorized public institutions and organizations in a limited manner within their legal authority and upon their request,
• To institutions and organizations determined to fulfill legal obligations stipulated under KVKK,
based on your explicit consent or within the conditions stipulated by law.
Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected by our Company or by natural or legal persons processing data on behalf of our Company; through automatic or non-automatic methods, via our company’s affiliated units, website, social media platforms, call center, mobile applications and similar channels, verbally, in writing or electronically.
This information is obtained for the purpose of providing our commercial and administrative activities within the framework of laws regulating business and social life, ensuring the continuity of our company’s commercial life, and fulfilling legal obligations completely and accurately.
Your personal data may be processed and transferred in line with the purposes stated under the “Purposes of Processing Personal Data” heading, based on the condition of explicit consent as stipulated under Article 5/1 of Law No. 6698 or within the scope of data processing conditions and purposes set forth in Article 5/2 “c, e, and f.”

Contact Data: Data group that can be used to reach the person (Phone, address, e-mail, IP address).
Identity Data: Data group containing information regarding the individual’s identity (Name, surname).
If you apply through the career page:
Contact Data: Data group that can be used to reach the person.
Identity Data: Data group containing information regarding the individual’s identity.
Professional Experience: Data group containing information about the person’s professional experience.
Other Information: Data group containing other data in the CV such as military service, references, salary expectation, visual records, driver’s license.
Retention Period and Destruction of Personal Data
Our Company may partially/fully destroy (delete, destroy, or anonymize) personal information within the periods stipulated by relevant legislation and personal data retention-destruction policies. Likewise, Data Subjects may, at any time and without providing any justification, contact our Company via the communication channels specified below and, by following the necessary legal-technical procedures, request the cessation of the processing of their personal data and/or cessation of commercial electronic communications directed at them. Based on such clear notifications and requests, personal data processing and/or communications for the specified channels shall be stopped within the maximum legal period (processing of personal data and communications required, possible or obligatory under the law shall continue). Upon request, information other than those legally required to be retained and/or possible to retain will be deleted or destroyed from the data recording system or anonymized in a way that does not identify the person. Such requests will be fulfilled within maximum legal time periods or, if rejected, the legal grounds will be explained (Legal rights are reserved).
Application Methods to Data Controller and Your Rights
Within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698, which regulates “the rights of the data subject,” you may submit your requests prepared in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, together with the necessary information identifying your identity and explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise, in writing to “Ören 75.yıl Cumhuriyet Mah. Ova sokak. No:9, 35733 Kemalpaşa/İzmir” with a wet signature or by sending it to our e-mail address marketing@isiktarim.com signed with a secure electronic signature.
In your application, which you will make to exercise the rights you have as the Data Subject, your request must be clear and understandable, related to your person, or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specially authorized in this regard and your authorization must be documented. The application must include your identity and address information, and documents verifying your identity must be attached to the application.
Such applications will be finalized as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days. Currently, these applications are free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Unauthorized requests made by third parties on behalf of others will not be considered.
