Our Individual Quick Frozen Fruit facility in Afyon-Sultandağı is organized according to BRC (British Retail Consortium) Food Safety Management System requirements and is located in a very strategic position with its proximity to raw materials and logistical advantages.

Frozen strawberries, cherries, sour cherries, raspberries, blackberries, apricots, figs, and plums are processed separately in our Quick Freezing facility. All fruits sourced from our own Happy Village Project are classified according to product type after raw material acceptance and testing stages.

Depending on the product type and demand, they go through pre-preparation processes such as washing, sorting, cutting, and pitting. Finally, they are flash-frozen and frozen individually using quick freezing technology.

All processes in our production facility are carried out using special automated sorting, product processing, and packaging systems, including technologies such as X-Rays and Lasers.

Our frozen products are packaged in the desired packaging type, stored in our -18°C warehouses without breaking the cold chain, and shipped in -21°C refrigerated vehicles.
